EFFECTIVE March 27, 2007: The New Hampshire Department of Motor vehicles will accept the following items for a youth that is applying for a first time licence: -Hospital birth certificate in liew of a vital record birth certificate. - Current school identification card can be used for second form of ID and proof of residency.
