EFFECTIVE March 2007: The New Hampshire Department of Motor Vehicles has a new rule. Fail parts of the "Driver Test" (Sign Test, Written Test, Road Test or any combination of these) 3 times and you will have to wait 1 year to reapply for your Driver's License!
